Foldover and Flat notes and Foldover and Flat Gift Enclosure cards are priced to include 1 line of text. Monograms and single initials are considered 1 line. Invitations and Announcements are priced to include up to 8 lines of text. Additional lines of text may be included for a fee of $3 per line.

If layout, font color, or type style is not indicated on the order form, LPI will default to the layout exactly as in sample provided. Clearly indicate any special placement or size of text. All text will be centered unless otherwise specified. Underline All Capital Letters in text.

All products may be printed with any of the fonts and type styles colors listed in Type Styles and Type Style Colors. Additional type styles and font colors are available at no extra charge.

Most of our monograms are in order of first name, last name, middle name. If your name is Caroline McCann White, please enter your monogram as CWM. Other monogram styles are available.

Orders requiring double pass will incur an additional fee of $10 and 1 additional day for processing.

Due to disparities in the printing process, pattern and type style colors may vary from samples presented on our web site. No discounts will be given for such variances.

Envelopes for all products are available in white or ivory, except Gift Enclosure cards, which are only available in white. Envelopes will match color of stationery paper stock. Two additional envelopes are included with each order at no additional charge. Please contact us for pricing regarding Envelopes with Return Address. Envelopes (plain or printed) may be shipped in advance of order completion for additional handling charge of $6 per set of 25.

First and second proofs will be provided upon request for an additional charge of $15 and $8, respectively. Please indicate whether proof(s) are to be sent via e-mail or fax. Proof approvals will not be accepted by phone. Orders will be processed within 7-10 days following proof approval.

A minimum quantity of 25 is required for all reorders. Reorders are priced as new orders and are billed according to current LPI Price List.

Any order may be cancelled at no charge if the first proof has not been completed. Orders in first proof stage may be cancelled for a fee of $15 and orders in second proof stage may be cancelled for a fee of $23. Any order that has been printed and packed will be charged full price. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for cancellation of blank stock orders, if the order has already been packaged.

All changes must be submitted via e-mail or fax. Changes will not be accepted by phone. Processing and shipping time will begin once changes have been approved.

Please review orders carefully before submitting via e-mail, fax or regular mail. All errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order. Any errors reported after 3 days will be reprinted at full charge. Orders printed in error by LPI will be reprinted and shipped Rush Service, if requested, at no additional charge. Any order printed with errors must be returned complete to LPI, regardless of who is responsible for error.

Standard Service orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise specified. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. ET will not be processed until the following day. Standard Service begins after final proof has been approved.

Standard Service orders received after October 31, 2008 will be shipped within 10-15 business days. All holiday imprint orders must be received by 5:oo p.m. ET on December 5, 2008, unless otherwise specified.

Priority Service orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of final proof approval. Priority Service is available for an additional fee of $10. Priority Service begins after final proof has been approved. Priority Service orders may also be shipped overnight or 2-day for additional charge.
